WARRANTY

Defective products are covered by Leudaich’s one-year limited warranty.

Leudaich warrants that during the Warranty Period, the Product (as defined below) will be free from defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty. This warranty applies only to products manufactured by Leudaich. We do not warrant, and are not responsible for, any laptop or other device made by parties other than Leudaich.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the term of this express Limited Warranty.


Who May Use This Warranty?

This Limited Warranty is provided by Leudaich (“We”, “Us”, or “Leudaich”) and applies only to the original consumer who purchased the Product (“You”) directly from Leudaich or from a Leudaich-authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end user.


What Does This Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship of the Product under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this period, Leudaich will, at its discretion, repair or replace, free of charge, any Product or component that is found to be defective due to improper materials, manufacturing, or workmanship.


How Long Does the Coverage Last?

The Limited Warranty lasts for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt showing the purchase date, is required to validate warranty coverage.


Exclusions and Limitations — What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

Except for the remedies expressly stated above or as otherwise required by applicable law, the customer assumes all risks related to the quality and performance of the Product after purchase.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

(a) Transportation or handling
(b) Improper storage
(c) Misuse, abuse, or unreasonable use
(d) Failure to follow product instructions
(e) Unauthorized modifications or alterations
(f) Unauthorized repairs or servicing
(g) Normal wear and tear or natural aging of the Product
(h) Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or broken plastic or screens, unless caused by a manufacturing defect
(i) Use with non-Leudaich products or accessories
(j) External causes such as accidents, spills, fire, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control


How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?

To request warranty service during the Warranty Period, please contact Leudaich Customer Service and provide the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • A brief written description of the issue

To be eligible for warranty service, you must retain an original, dated proof of purchase. The Product must be properly packaged, preferably in its original packaging, for return or inspection.
